If you want to have a healthier meat to offer your family than you should order some of our grassfed chicken,natural beef,pastured pork, or grass fed lamb.  We free range and pasture feed all of our livestock and supplement feed without hormones or antibiobics which produces a wonderfully flavored meat is like my great grandparents created a century ago. Johnson Hill Farm consistanly recieves comments about the quality and great taste of our meats. 

Our pastured chicken is a great way to start out in the local food movement and ours is produced on pasture in the open air in a low stess enviroment. Our chickens scratch and peck their way to a healthy life and we take longer to grow them which makes for a healthier bird.  You can order any number of birds but you can recieve a discount if you order 10 or more.

Our pastured pork is a heritage breed hog called Hereford, it is called that due to its red and white  markings which are similar to the cow of the same name.  It is a recovering breed and we are proud to be stewards of this old breed that was developed in Nebraska and Iowa.  It is a moderate framed pig that finishes with just the right amount fat for what we think is the tastiest pork you will ever eat.  Put some in your feezer and we think you will agree.

Our all natural beef is pasture raised and then finished on pasture, hay, and grain with no hormones or antibiotics. it is great tasting beef and you can order  a mixed quarter, half, or whole.

Our grassfed lamb is just what it says, grass fed to finish in our lush and diverse pastures. you can also order traditional lamb which is grain fed by my father.

When you buy meat from us, you purchase a percentage of an animal -- you will determine the cutting instructions, pick up the product at the butcher of our choice and pay for the processing at that time.  Our beef is delivered in December, Pork in September and Chicken all summer. Butcher fees average $80 per quarter of beef, $90 per half of pork, $80 per lamb. Egg orders are filled during Vegetable order time span or can be purchased from Tomato Tomato in Omaha.
